Welcome to Green Sea Beachfront Apartments!My name is Panagiotis, and I’m truly happy to have you here—right next to Golden Beach, one of the most beloved and breathtaking beaches in Thassos, and a true gem of the Mediterranean.We offer a comfortable and relaxing stay for those looking to enjoy the beauty of our island. You can choose from eight apartments and two studios, each suitable for up to four people. They’re fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.The balconies are perfect for enjoying a meal or drink outdoors, with views of the sea, the mountains, or both.Our restaurant opens at 9 a.m. and stays open until late, serving freshly prepared dishes made with care and local ingredients. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch by the sea, or dinner under the stars, we’d love to cook for you. Our bar serves all kinds of coffee and drinks, which you can enjoy by the pool or right next to the sea—whatever you’re in the mood for.My team and I are here to make sure your holiday is easy, joyful, and full of good memories. - Damages: If you find anything damaged on arrival, report it within 24 hours of check-in so you are not held responsible. Please report any damages, big or small, to us immediately during your stay. - Arrival / Check-in: 14:00 - 00:00 Do you need to check in earlier or later? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will check for you. You must present a National ID Card or Passport. We will return these documents to you immediately.
- Cleaning: We clean the accommodation every day. Fresh bath towel change every 3 days. Fresh bed linen change every 3 days. Please help us conserve the island's scarce water resources by requesting fewer changes during your stay.
- Keeping Your Belongings Safe: We recommend locking the door when leaving the accommodation. Please note that we will not bear any responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.
- Departure / Check-out: 06:00 - 10:30 Need to check out earlier or later? It may be possible depending on availability. Please ask us in advance so we can check and let you know. If you have not arranged a late check-out time with us and fail to vacate the accommodation by 10:30 on your check-out date, we reserve the right to remove belongings left in the accommodation. We would only do this as a last resort.
- Luggage Storage: We offer free luggage storage. * * Subject to availability of storage space. Please store your luggage at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility in case of losses or damages.
- Early Departure: If you need to check out earlier than planned, we cannot provide a refund under any circumstances.
- Cancellation: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we provide: Full Refund: at least 30 days before your check-in date, minus the bank or transfer fee No Refund: less than 30 days before your check-in date All refunds are paid in EURO (€). We do not charge any cancellation fees. Please send your cancellation request in writing to info@green-sea.gr. You may be able to reschedule your booking instead.
- Rescheduling Your Booking: You can reschedule your booking dates for free, subject to availability.
- No Show: If you do not arrive on the check-in date of your reservation and we do not hear from you, your reservation will be marked as "no show" and the accommodation will be made available to others. Your deposit will not be refunded.
